Challenge
The project needed to support formal presentations, speaker visibility, and a polished institutional tone while coordinating large-format staging, branding elements, and guest-facing arrival details in one coherent setup.
Solution
STEP delivered a 9.5-meter King Pro presentation screen, a matching 9.76-meter-wide stage with carpet and stairs, a branded podium, stage decor in the council identity, a 25-meter branded carpet runner, wireless SHURE microphones, feather flags, and branded cubes to unify the venue experience.
